Cultus Designer Boutique Noida's Finest

"A big no no to her . She had this boutique for quite a some time . But recently she has shifted to a bigger shop and has touched little success. Her attitude has changed 360 degree in last one year . She took 17 days to make 2 blouses and a Anarkali and completely ruined my dresses. More of all , she stitched my Anarkali backward forward , I mean how can u even do that . She ruined my Nalli saree blouses, such an expensive piece. And last and not the least instead of showing some remorse , she showed such attitude, oh my god ! Don’t go to her at all ."

"This boutique does not deserve even a single star (but this is the least rating available here) My experience : I have given them a salwar suit material and my measurements on 1st feb, for which they charged me a wooping amount of 1100 rupees (that's right) and the due date was 15th feb. I went to the boutique on 16th feb,and guess what... The suit was not ready... They asked me to come back on the next day... Then I went there again on 19th feb (I am a working women and just like most of u do not get time to go to thr market everyday) and the dress was again not ready.. And the reason given to me was that it is with the tailor for finishing. Very politely, the representative offered me to deliver thr dress to my place by 5pm on the same day. P. S: I was having an event on 19th feb for which I was planning to wear that dress. No one came to me by 5 and no one called. Then I call them at about 6, and they said to deliver by dress by 7.And this was just the beginning. Finally, after literally begging for my clothes..I got the dress at 10:30 on 19th feb.My event was over, and so was the importance of dress. But still.. I tired the dress on and it was stitched horribly. I have never seen such a pathetic masterpiece stitched even by a common tailor, and this was the result that came out from a well-known boutique in Noida. It seems like the tailor just stitched the dress, for the sake of it as I was literally asking for my dress at that day. A potato sack was looking better than the dress. I again gave them the dress back to get it altered, and today, on 22nd feb, at 4pm, I got my dress, literally after visting two times to the store today. @Ragoli (the owner of this boutique) : Please provide trainings to our tailors before owning a boutique and more than that, ask all your employees to have atleast some professional behavior towards their job. If a customer is paying u.. Then it is your duty to provide the service u promised while taking the money. Also, the dress is still horrible, the front neck is so deep that it still it needs alterations, but I still took the dress from them just because I was feed up with them and their service. @Readers: Just a simple advice, just don't visit this place, u will be out of your money and peace of your life. Any boutique or even a simple tailors would be much better than this place. Thanks, Regards from your unsatisfied customer."

"One of the most worst boutique. The owner rangoli is an absolute abusive person and so is their staff. Doesn't know how to stich or cut and even after repeated complaints does not accept their mistake rather started fighting and abusing. I won't recomend it at all."
